⸻Deposit PolicyRequire 25%–50% upfront when the client books.For example:• Mini Session ($50) = $25 deposit
• Standard Session ($100) = $40–$50 deposit
• Non-refundable, but can be transferred to a rescheduled session with notice (e.g., 48 hours).
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot (before or right after the session is fine).
⸻Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyDeposits are non-refundable.
They secure your session date and time, and help cover prep time and cancellations.Cancellations:
• If a client cancels 48 hours or more before the session, the deposit can be applied to a future session within 30 days.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows will be charged the full session amount (optional at this stage, or just mark them as ineligible to rebook).Rescheduling:
• Clients can reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice, and their deposit will carry over.
• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may require a new deposit (especially if it’s a repeat issue).
